This past weekend Colby and I drove to Las Vegas to visit my sister. We had such a fun time seeing them and Nitzen (their dog). They also just built their first house and it turned out beautifully! On Saturday we went to Red Rock Canyon Park. It was such a gorgeous place with beautiful mountains. I never really thought of Las Vegas as being beautiful, but parts of it are!
Then we went to the UNLV vs. USU game. We liked that USU won, but it didn't matter too much for us because my brother-in-law is going to UNLV, so we would have been happy either way. That is, except for Colby. He was really into the game and rooting for Utah State. It was a very close and exciting game. They fed us great food and we had Cane's Chicken after the game which was really yummy!
